Though their roles are distinct, together they are a powerhouse team that drives the organization forward, each bringing their own strengths and skills to the table.

Chris Britton: The Visionary

Chris Britton is the face of leadership and innovation at New Heights. Known for his big-picture thinking, Chris has a unique ability to identify and respond to the needs of the community. Whether it's building relationships with other nonprofits, social agencies, local businesses, or faith-based organizations and churches, he is often seen out in the field, connecting with key players and meeting people who catch the vision and want to help advance the mission of New Heights. Chris is not only a master networker but also a planner and strategist, always evaluating community needs and thinking of creative solutions to address them.

Chris also spends his time and energy investing in the employees at New Heights Auto Services. Recognizing the essential role transportation plays in improving lives in Berrien County, Chris works closely with the team of technicians, ensuring that this service remains accessible and of the highest quality. His hands-on approach fosters a sense of community, not just within the organization but among the individuals who benefit from its services.

Chris Craig: The Operations Expert

As Chris Britton is the visionary, Chris Craig is the engine that keeps things running smoothly. As Operations Director, Chris Craig oversees the day-to-day workings of New Heights CCDA, ensuring efficiency at every level. He is the go-to guy for anything that needs fixing, updating, or maintaining. Whether it's installing new equipment or making sure both the Auto and Laundry hubs are functioning at peak performance, Chris is always on the move.

While Chris Craig has a hand in every aspect of New Heights CCDA’s operations, a large portion of his time is invested at the Laundry Hub. He works closely with the employees, making sure they have the resources and support necessary to succeed. His dedication to maintaining the functionality and smooth operation of all facilities allows the entire organization to thrive.

A Collaborative Force for Good

Together, both Chrises embody the spirit of New Heights. Chris Britton’s ability to foster connections, combined with Chris Craig’s attention to operational detail, enables the organization to embrace community needs head-on. Their collaboration is a testament to the ways visionary leadership and effective management can create sustainable change.

Through their combined efforts, New Heights CCDA continues to serve as a source of vital services for the community, bringing hope and transforming lives in the process.
